My bill was $24. My late fee was another $50. If they had gotten around to shutting it off it would have cost $124 to have it turned back on. Isnt that like a 400% fee. On top of that these people really dont care. All i was told was oh well, pay it or do without. Avoid their business at all costs. They are crooks.
